What We Offer:

Here at Blue Bottle Marine we offer the full treatment, from measuring, designing, machining and installation. We will work with you to design the flooring of your dreams, perfectly fit to your boat and customised in a way to ensure you stand out.

Here is a quick run down of a typical job:

  1. Your boat is delivered to our workshop where we will asses the areas and talk through the design with you.
  2. We will then proceed to scan your boat in order for our designer to draw up a perfectly fitting flooring kit, tailored exactly to your specific boat.
  3. Our designer will begin drawing up a CAD model as per the design requirements specified.
  4. Once the design is drawn, a rendering is then sent to you for review and approval.
  5. When you are happy with how the design looks we will proceed to machining your custom flooring kit.
  6. During the machining process your boat is prepped. 
  7. Finally, the flooring kit is checked and installed on your boat.

This process can take between 1-3 days to complete, depending on the size of the job.

If you are not able to bring your boat to our warehouse to have the flooring installed, not a problem! follow the instructions below on the process of templating and installing your own flooring kit.

How to Template for SeaDek and Treadmaster:

If you are looking to undergo the DIY process of installing one of our flooring options, then you will first need to purchase some mylar. Mylar is a clear plastic that is laid on the areas you wish to have flooring installed on, once the material is laid out and taped down you then proceed to tracing out everything. See the below video for the exact process:

Upon completing the templates its now time to ship them off to us. We will then digitize the templates and work with you on a custom design for your boat! When you are happy with the design our team will begin manufacturing the kit and ship back to you once completed.

How to Install SeaDek and Treadmaster:

Once you receive the flooring kit its time to install it and transform your boat! The below video details the installation process:
