They have applications for use as fenders on pleasure or commercial vessels or as float buoys. Inflate fenders with an air compressor or use a bike pump adaptor fitting.  Do not use a needle fitting (as used for a soccer ball) as this will destroy the valve. White with blue reinforced eye end.
