For correct sizing, we recommend to use both the Measuring Instructions and Overall Fabric Measurements guides below to ensure you choose the correct cover size for your boat.
Measuring your boat
- Measure the length: Measure the centreline length using a straight measurement from bow to stern.
- Measure the width: Measure a straight line across the widest point of your boat.
- Measure Height (from gunwale)Measure a straight line from the gunwale to the highest point on your boat including boat fittings e.g.cabins, windscreens etc.
Overall fabric measurements
- Measure the width: Take the overall fabric width of your suggested cover and compare it by measuring across widest point on your boat and across the highest point of boat fittings (i.e. windscreens, cabins) to the point on the hull where the hem of the cover will finish.
- Measure the length: Take the overall fabric width of your suggested cover and compare it by measuring across the length of your boat from bow to stern, and across the highest point of any fittings (windscreens, cabins, etc.) to the point on the hull where the hem of the cover will finish.
Note: Total length of the fabric has been made to cover the total length of the boat, from the bow to the stern. This must also accommodate for bow rails, rollers or sprit as these additional features will add to the overall length of the cover.
