Viper Pro Series Wiring Loom for ONYX 600W Winches - Boats up to 8.0M

The Viper Pro Series 30080 Winch Wiring Loom takes the guesswork out of wiring your Viper anchor winch, providing a professionally manufactured marine wiring package designed for boats up to approximately 8 metres.

Every Viper wiring loom is individually hand-crafted and fully tested before dispatch, giving you the confidence that the electrical connections have been correctly assembled and are ready for installation.

We use premium marine-grade 6 B&S tinned copper cable, together with tinned copper lugs and silicone-impregnated marine heat shrink to provide excellent conductivity, corrosion resistance and durability in harsh marine environments. Flexible conduit is also supplied to help protect the cabling and provide a neat, professional installation.

To make installation as straightforward as possible, each connection is individually labelled. Simply connect “A” to “A” and “B” to “B”, dramatically reducing the need to continually refer back to the wiring diagram during installation.

Viper winch motors are supplied with an additional .5 metre of 3 B&S cable, providing a total available cable length of approximately 3.7 metres from the solenoid to the winch motor.

Viper winch motors are supplied with an additional 0.5 metre of cable, providing a total available cable length of approximately 3.0 metres from the solenoid to the winch motor.

The 30080 loom has been designed to accommodate the majority of boats up to 6 metres; however, boat layouts, battery locations, anchor well configurations and electrical component locations can vary considerably.

Please check all cable measurements against your individual installation before commencing work.

WARNING: We strongly recommend positioning and installing your Viper anchor winch and wiring loom before permanently mounting other electrical components. The circuit breaker, solenoid or associated components may need to be positioned to suit the supplied cable lengths and the individual layout of your boat.
